Rani (BJF Guilty Pleasures MX AXJ) is adding a new performance venue to her repertoire . . . K9 Nosework! Owner/trainer/handler Pam Harris took her down to Oklahoma for her first ever NACSW ORT, and she passed on all 3 odors. They’re allowed 3 minutes to indicate the location of each scent, and her slowest find was 20 seconds! 🙂 Rani is Dare’s almost 8-year-old mother, by the way.

Congratulations, Pam and Rani!
Dare is now AKC Ch. BJF Truth or Dare OA AXJ after picking up her third AXJ leg with another class win the day after the 4th of July. Congratulations to her and her owner/trainer/handler Pam Harris of Wichita on earning FIVE agility titles from AKC since the Doberman National in limited trialing and with mostly class wins!

Sire: Am/Can Ch. BJF The Ransom of Red Chief OA AXJ ROM

Kat, one of the Eiko x Dare kids, is now BJF Dare to be Different CGC after successfully completing the AKC temperament test with her owner/trainer/handler Erin Johnson Powell. This young girl is definitely one to keep an eye on as a future agility star! 😉

Congratulations to Erin and Kat!
Dare is rapidly chasing down her next AKC agility title with another class win toward her AXJ. And she even did it on Pam Harris’ birthday! Too bad it was so exhausting that she couldn’t stay awake for the photo. 🙂

Congratulations and happy birthday to Pam!
Czech import Erra Buranos Lobos BH ZVV3 has whelped 9 healthy GSD puppies by V-1 Miky z Tresnaku SchH3 IPO3 ZVV3 AD Kkl1, another Czech import and vigorous 10-year-old. We have 4 girls (all black & tans) and 5 boys (3 sable, 2 black & tan). Additional reservations are being taken from working homes as well as active, experienced companion homes.
We’re excited about the K9 and SAR potential in this litter!
H.A.L.O. is now Chalmar’s Free Fall CGC (an Eiko x Gamy girl) after passing the AKC’s Canine Good Citizen test with flying colors at the Smallville Festival in Hutchinson with Georgia Hardesty. She is a bitch we purchased that we’re, hopefully, incorporating into our breeding program.
Thank you Georgia for the great handling!
Dare is now AKC Ch. BJF Truth or Dare OA OAJ after two Open Standard class wins in Arkansas, followed by another class-winning leg the very next weekend. Way to burn through your agility titles!
Congratulations to owner/trainer/handler Pam Harris!
Gibbs, one of the Eiko x Dare kids, earned his AKC CGC down there in TX at 13 months of age with owner/trainer/handler Geoffrey Athey. So now he is BJF Dare to Grab Your Gear CGC.
Good job gentlemen!
Dare is now AKC Ch. BJF Truth or Dare NA OAJ after winning three agility classes at the Sunflower Cluster and earning two new titles!
Congratulations to owner/trainer/handler Pam Harris of Wichita.
Quest, from the first Asko x Burana cross (and a litter mate to our Zilla), has graduated from the Penn Vet Working Dog Center’s police K9 program and will be going to work for the South Eastern Pennsylvania Transit Authority (SEPTA), the same organization which his older half-brother Ronnie already works as a dual-purpose K9 for (Kar x Burana).
Our best wishes to Quest and his new K9 handler!
We’re repeating last winter’s working-line GSD litter, which currently has three members training toward tasks with law enforcement, and are expecting an all-sable litter due in December. If you’re looking for an environmentally sound working prospect that will still be social and steady of nerve, we may end up with the right puppy for you. Now taking reservations (deposits only after pregnancy is confirmed).
Dare and Pam went to the 2014 DPCA Nationals to make her agility debut and ended up not only qualifying at all three trials but also did well enough to earn class placements in all three as well (two seconds and one third)! So we are proud to announce that Dare is now AKC Ch. BJF Truth or Dare NAJ. We’re looking forward to her having a long and fruitful career in agility and earning her ROM when a WAE is available in the area.
We still have the sable female from the Vrisco x Erra 5-28-14 litter available here to either an AKC performance home (agility, obedience, tracking, etc…) or a qualified pet home. She’s a sweeter more compliant puppy that’s very social. Athena is currently doing touch pad work, socializing to a variety of environments, negotiating obstacles, and learning the basics of tracking. She will likely be petite as an adult as her mother weighs ~55#.
We have a black & tan male puppy available with great nerves, sociability, and working aptitude. Would be suitable for anything from SAR to detection work. Currently imprinting for tracking, agility obstacles, and general socialization.
We also have a litter sister available as well with great prey drive, sociability, and working aptitude. Would be suitable for anything from home protection for an active family to AKC performance sports. Currently working in the same areas as her brother.
